In this seminar, we will give you the essential know-how and the decisive attitude so that you can successfully set up and design your own transformation processes. You will learn what a professional clarification of the task looks like and how a target image that is easy to communicate can be developed. You will learn how to confidently integrate the contradiction between rapid implementation and sustainable impact in a transformation and how to bring your employees along with you.

In 4 modules, each lasting 3 days, we will provide you with not only the know-how but also the experience of how tools and methods can support transformations. Because change begins with your own attitude, self-reflection is a central element throughout the entire training. In addition to short inputs, you will experience practical use cases from real transformations in exercises and in the exchange of experiences. In self-organized small groups, you will apply what you have learned in a practical project.

The seminar
In two three-day sessions, you will learn the basics of systemic leadership. We will teach you tools for leadership in complex situations, which you will practice in small groups using role-playing based on real-life applications. It is important to us that all participants can try things out freely in order to achieve the greatest possible learning success. When putting together the groups, we make sure, wherever possible, that there is no connection between the participants that would limit them in the role-play.
